Terms and Conditions

By engaging Fix TV Antenna for installation and repair services, you agree to our terms and conditions. These terms apply to our services and are construed as per the laws offered in New South Wales. Any kind of dispute will not be entertained.

We reserve the right to make necessary changes from time to time to these terms. If drafted, it will be mentioned here and communicated to customers as well.

It includes-

  • We commit to delivering high-quality installation, repair, & maintenance services of TV antennas and Foxtel systems.
  • Services will be provided within the time frame specified during booking. However, weather conditions and the availability of standard parts may lead to some delays.
  • Our service charges may change. We consider the complexity of any job, type of equipment used, etc. to estimate the total cost. And, payment is due upon the completion of project.
  • We offer a limited-period TV antenna and Foxtel service warranty to our customers. This warranty includes material defects and workmanship issues from the date of service. Our liability is to offer repair or replacement.
  • The customer is solely responsible for ensuring easy accessibility for technicians to offer the service. We are not responsible for any damages during their use.
  • Customers are responsible for providing information on existing equipment to ensure that all necessary permissions are arranged prior to the service. If anyone misses it, there might be service delays and additional charges.
  • Customers may postpone the appointment at least 24 hours before the scheduled date. If anyone forgets to do so, we will arrange an alternative appointment.
  • We won’t share your information with anyone as per our Privacy Policy, except the law.
